I started my career with MAR Insurance Group back in May of 2003 as a receptionist with “office technologies” experience and worked my way up to Manager of I.T./I.S. services as well as being part of the Client Satisfaction team. Previously, I had previously been working for the Department of Health and Human Services under the CHIPS program as an application clerk while I was trained to work for their IT Administrator as an assistant.
Having been with MAR for 20 years, I have worked in all aspects of the duties and projects that we have offered and have used my skills and experience to improve our internal processes, as well as build rapport and trust with our clients as well as their employees as we help them navigate the complexities of making sound decisions regarding their life and health insurance decisions.
Born and raised in San Antonio, I’ve always enjoyed and appreciated meeting new people which has been beneficial when collaborating with clients and people in general. Grew up a “momma’s boy” who’s a music enthusiast who loves to travel to concerts or any of the arts when time allows and spending time with family and friends, especially four-legged friends.
